Kristina Lushey, Dip CII, Assoc CIPD, Recruitment & HR Consultant
Kristina established her first recruitment agency in 1999 and has worked in insurance and financial services recruitment for over 17 years. She was also the senior business manager for Reed Insurance in the City of London managing a large sales team and running their flagship branch. She has established strong professional links with first class companies supplying them with quality staff or finding candidates their dream job.
Working directly with companies at board level, Kristina acts as an extension of their team dealing with all employee relations issues. Her experience includes aligning HR policies with business strategy; providing case management support to people managers; managing dismissals, supporting disciplinary, grievance and appeals hearings, equal pay auditing, absence or performance issues.

Alisha recently joined Nova Search & Selection as our 360-degree recruiter, i.e. someone that resources clients and candidates, recruits, account manages and everything else that’s involved in the whole recruitment process. Diane Huxley, Assoc CIPD, HR & Employment Law Consultant
Diane has built up extensive experience working within SME companies within mental health, residential care and fostering as well as marketing and PR agencies. She offers expert professional advice and guidance on complex employment issues in accordance with current legislation. This covers terms and conditions of employment, best practice, performance management and is experienced in investigating disciplinary and grievance matters, working closely with legal advisors in cases that move to tribunal or professional body hearings.
