Usually HR advice is only given to companies, but as we are a Recruitment Company as well as an HR Advisory Company, we will offer candidates information and advice, where appropriate, on their work situation. This service is FREE.

If there is a conflict of interest, i.e. if the candidate in question works for one of our client companies, then we will request that they speak directly to their own HR Manager, however, if they do not work with one of our client companies, we can provide factual information that we will have obtained either from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), or the Advisory, Conciliation, and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
